Celeros Launches EzSAN XR56, a high capacity (9.6TB) Low Cost IP SAN (iSCSI)

Redwood City, Calif., July 22, 2005 — Celeros Corporation® today announced the launch
of EzSAN XR56, a higher capacity SATA RAID appliance to round out its EzSAN™ iSCSI low cost
product family.
EzSAN XR56 is ideal for high capacity block level storage for high performance servers or
clusters, Disk-to-Disk back up storage, video, email, IM and vital business document archive storage,
and regional/central back up storage for remote offices. XR56 is housed in a 5U, 19" rack mountable
chassis with 24 hot swappable SATA RAID disk bays and can support up to 9.6 terabytes of raw disk
capacity in its initial release. EzSAN XR56 supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 10 and 50 and comes with 2+1
redundant hot swappable power and cooling, built-in Dual Gigabit Ethernet and 1 gigabyte of cache as
standard. An easy to use, browser-based storage management tool manages the entire EzSAN™ product
line.
